• Brick Arch Sewer Redevelopment – Stage 1.
  Sewer and Stormwater upgrade and duct installation in 100 year old brick tunnels in Hastings Central Business District. We developed new methodologies as this work had not been attempted before.
• Highbrook Subdivision, stages 2 and 3, Hamilton.
  A rural residential subdivision comprising 60 lots
• The Terraces Subdivision, Taradale, Napier.
  More than 100 lots of a residential subdivision in Taradale.
• Hawkes Bay Expressway – Airport to Taradale Road Roundabout, Napier.
  Survey and setout for main contractor with some redesign on site.
• Monarae Station Airstrip, Hawke's Bay.
  Design, survey and supervision of rural airstrip.
• Matahorua Gorge Realignment Project, Hawke's Bay.
  Topographical survey for main consultant.
• Matahorua Gorge Realignment Project, Hawke's Bay.
  Facilities reinstatement and enabling works. Design and supervision of all works on Matahorua, Black Stag and Samarkand Stations including roading, implement and shearing sheds, cattle and sheep yards, houses, fencing, domestic and stock water supply and drainage.
• Maraekakaho Vineyard Irrigation/Frost Protection Dam.
  Design and supervision of 30,000m³ dam.
• Te Mata Peak Car Park Beautification Project, Havelock North.
• Diversion Chambers for Havelock North Main Trunk Sewer, Hastings.
  1.8m diameter Trunk Sewer.
• Hawke's Bay Airport Runway & Bauerfield International Airport (Port Vila, Port Vila, Vanuatu)
  Topographical survey working “airside”.
• Compaction testing at Omaranui Landfill.
• Te Awa Subdivision, Napier. 400 lot residential subdivision.
  Survey, setout, construction supervision and As Builts for stages 6 to 13, including design for stages 10 to 13.
• Parklands Subdivision, Napier
  Survey, setout and as builds for main contractor.
• Underground Services Investigation.
  Locating and surveying underground services for pipeline design; including traffic management, excavation, surveying, reinstatement and reporting.
• Subgrade Testing for Delegat’s Winery.
